Inside the zone you can find an enclosed area inhabited with the strongest local monsters. To enter it, talk to NPC Tarba. The first entry of the day is free of charge; further entries require a special scroll sold by Tarba:
The special boss Atingo spawns randomly in any part of the zone. If you kill him and his minion, you will get a sealed necklace for summoning a pet. To learn more, see:
