The monster spawn rate in the Xilenos Fortress varies:
Spawning monsters are allocated daily at 9 a.m. (server time).
Morgos' Commando Captain Jakal spawns on the same days as Jakal's Chief Assassin Varka. They appear at 23:00 and stay for an hour.
Xilenos' Secret Hall
Only the clan that dealt the killing blow to Morgos' Commando Captain Jakal can go inside the Xilenos' Secret Hall.
To enter, talk to NPC Bolk in the northern part of the fortress or NPC Sidon in the western part.
Morgos' Commando Captain Jakal appears in the Xilenos Fortress at 23:00 and stays for an hour. Keep in mind that he can teleport around if his HP drops to a certain amount.
If you kill Morgos' Commando Captain Jakal, talk to Bolk or Sidon to enter the Xilenos' Secret Hall.
The Xilenos' Secret Hall's buff is reset daily at 9 a.m.
To learn if Morgos' Commando Captain Jakal appears today, talk to Morgos' Messenger. He is available from 9:00 till 23:00 in Morgos' Military Base's Arena.
The following functions are unavailable in the Xilenos' Secret Hall: re-login, share location, flight, summoning of party members.
My Teleport and Revenge are unavailable in all areas of the Xilenos Fortress.
